Sniper Elite 4 – Xbox360

Sniper Elite 4 continues the story of jut-jawed, hawkeyed hero Karl Fairburne in World War II this time setting him down in Italy in 1943, on a mission preceding the Allied liberation of Europe. The game will feature a single-player campaign as well as co-operative and competitive multiplayer modes.

The first Sniper Elite launched on Xbox in 2005, then went quiet for seven years before returning in 2012 with Sniper Elite V2. Sniper Elite 3 was a surprise sales hit, particularly in Europe, when it launched in the early summer of 2014, typically a quiet period on the games calendar. Despite middling review scores over its lifespan, the series has still built a large and loyal following. Sniper Elite 4 will launch on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.

Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy – Xbox360

The first step in our remaster plus was to truly understand what made the Naughty Dog games special and why fans still love them to this day. The best way to understand a game is to play it, and boy, did we play the Crash games. We played them to the point that we broke controllers from mashing the jump button too much. We studied original concept art and commercials for inspiration. And we went even further back to understand the material that originally inspired Naughty Dog, including Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Looney Tunes.
With all of that in mind, we started our work. Using the original level geometry from Naughty Dog as a guide, we rebuilt the Crash gameplay from scratch, capturing its simplicity and precision. As the levels began to take shape, we layered in our own lush and zany art, animation, and audio.

We at Vicarious Visions love Crash, and we’re super excited for everyone to play the N. Sane Trilogy. But we can’t fly everyone out to Anaheim to play it in person, so here’s a peek that answers some burning questions. And the biggest question everyone keeps asking us, “Is this a remaster or a remake?”
The answer is not simple.
It’s practically impossible to make a traditional remaster of the original Naughty Dog games. They’re roughly 20 years old, and technology has advanced significantly in that time. The original code and assets are nearly unusable. Nearly.
But we don’t consider this a remake. We know how much you all love the original games, so we didn’t want to fully remake them. The N. Sane Trilogy is a remaster plus.

Tekken 7 – Xbox360

Tekken 7 focuses on 1-on-1 battles.[4] Two new mechanisms are introduced in the game. The first, Rage Art, allows the player to execute critical attacks that deal roughly 30% damage depending on the character once their health bar is critical, in exchange for inactivating the normal attack power increase. The second, Power Crush, lets the player continue their attacks even while being hit by the enemy, although they would still receive the damage dealt by the enemy’s attacks. The mechanic also works only for absorbing high or mid attacks.[5] The bound system, which staggers a character to increase opportunity for additional hits, is replaced by Screw Attack, which makes the enemy spin sideways when they are hit airborne, allowing the player to inflict additional hits after they reach the ground. Unlike bound, however, Screw Attack cannot be used to do wall combos. With a new display system, the game’s multiplayer allows players to choose which side of the screen to play on.[6] Movement has undergone some changes and now is similar to the movement mechanics found in Tekken Revolution, most notably when characters walk backwards.

The arcade version features the traditional stage-based playthrough, in which the player progresses by beating five different opponents one by one, ending with a fixed penultimate and final stage. Matches may be interrupted if another player joins the game. Online mode is available for both local and international play. Character customization is featured, allowing the player to modify characters’ appearances.[7] For the first time in the arcade series, the game features a practice mode, which allows players to train moves against an opponent for a limited amount of time, as well as an option to collect in-game rewards, mainly customization items, through “Treasure Box” by winning enough matches.

Fated Retribution features several gameplay changes to the game. The new “Rage Drive” allows the player to empower certain attacks by sacrificing their Rage Mode. Rage Art is also adjusted so that the amount of damage dealt to the enemy is inversely proportional to the player’s current health bar. However, a character-specific feature for the Street Fighter guest character Akuma is an EX/Super meter, which serves as a limiter for some of his “Super Combo”, in place of Rage Drive.

Rayman Legends Definitive Edition – XBOX360

The game was first leaked in an online marketing survey, which hinted that the upcoming “Rayman Origins 2” would include dragons, vampires, ghosts, the return of the Land of the Livid Dead and also someone dear to the Rayman series, in addition to returning features from its predecessor.[11] Subsequently, Ubisoft registered the domain names “RaymanLegends.com” and “Rayman-Legends.com”.[12]

On 27 April 2012, the game’s first trailer was leaked, revealing several details about it, including new playable characters, as well as the inclusion of online multiplayer. The end of the trailer also showcased Wii U exclusive features such as the use of NFC to make figures placed on the touchscreen appear on the game, as demonstrated with figures of Rabbids and Ezio from Assassin’s Creed. Ubisoft later released a statement that confirmed its development, though stated it was “intended as a purely internal demonstrative video, and in no way represents the final game, the final console or their features.”

Motorsport by its very nature is dangerous. DiRT 4 is all about embracing that danger. It’s about the thrill, exhilaration and adrenaline that is absolutely vital to off-road racing. And more than that, it’s about loving that feeling. It’s about pushing flat out next to a sheer cliff drop. Going for the gap that’s slightly too small. Seeing how much air you can get in a truck. They call it ‘being fearless’.

DiRT 4 also features a game-changing system called Your Stage; an innovative rally route creation tool that allows you to produce an almost-infinite number of unique stages at the press of a button. You choose your location and set the route parameters, then Your Stage does the hard work to create a unique rally stage that you can race, share with your friends and then challenge them to beat your time. Your Stage allows experienced rally players to create longer, more technical routes, whilst newcomers can create simpler shorter routes as they hone their skills.

Metal Gear Survive – Xbox360

Metal Gear Survive was first announced on August 16, 2016 during the Gamescom 2016 event.[1] However, this was not the first time the concept of a zombie game was toyed with, as Hideo Kojima admitted on April 29, 2013 that he always wanted to make one during Metal Gear Solid V’s development,[5] and Kojima reportedly requested to Platinum Games that the sequel to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance have Gray Fox fighting against nanomachine-empowered zombies.[6] The game’s development was first hinted at on December 17, 2015 when Konami started recruiting for a new Metal Gear development staff.[7]

Konami Europe president Tomotada Tashiro described Metal Gear Survive as a “fresh take on the series’ famed stealth elements”, all with a “unique co-op setting that is designed for a truly engrossing multiplayer experience.

FIFA 18 – Xbox360

It’s officially approaching the time of year when ‘new FIFA’ news begins to hit our screens, and historically speaking it’s always been gameplay which leads the charge in EA’s opening gambit. So after painstakingly reviewing (googling) the last few years of gameplay features added to the game, Futhead predicts the things we think will be a part of that all important FIFA 18 reveal.

Over the years EA have added moving corner flags, fully animated benches, touchline managers, magic spray and countless other fine details which all come together to make the virtual world we play in believable. But how this particular prediction plays out may depend on any new license deals EA have managed to agree. If La Liga for example was to follow the current Premier League model of visual awesomeness, we could be set for a Mediterranean feast for the eyes. Rockstar GTA series is one of the most popular series of action-adventure, open world, crime and role playing games. The Rockstar earned US$800 million in its first day and US$1 billion in its first three days. The sales history is the proof how much people love GTA game and now have huge expectation from GTA 6 than any other game. Though there is no official announcement of the release date, but Rockstar has given a hint for GTA 6 that “We’ve got about 45 years worth of ideas we want to do,” Leslie Benzies, president of Rockstar North, said in a press conference. A lot of people are predicting the GTA 6 release date by following the previous leads, but the fact is still GTA 6 date is not announced. But considering the Rockstar strategy, it is expected to release sometime around 2018.
